The superior that I have is very strong will and too confident person. I doubt there will be any changes if I tell her something about the company. xo

Maybe everyone think that the TRUTH hurts. In fact, we all shouldn't. Truth helps to prevent misunderstandings, prevent more damages and reveal positive results in things we do. :) Thanks sweet heart for your reply.
