What do you do when you get a backache?

The pass few days i keep getting a back ache while driving or standing for a long time.. Do you think i should consult a doctor or should be fine if do a little excercise for my back.

What do you do to relax?

I just sit back and relax. Sing some songs appropriate to my mood. Eat something if I am hungry. If bored, watch a movie, surf the Internet or read a book.

Do you use Windows or Mac?

Which do you think is better. I'm using windows. Its standard based and a whole lot of people prefer that. But I've noticed that Mac users have an easy life. No email viruses. No trojan horses....
