But this is what I can tell you: If you don't like your job.. it's not really a job at all -- it's a BURDEN. Because it takes all your energy and it doesn't make you happy. Of course you would want to stay because you need money. But just look around and look for a job that you will enjoy doing and when you find one, quit that job and go there.:)
