Computers hurting eyesight?

Ive heard that looking at a computer to much can impair your eye-sight. If anyone has any ideas or ways to gain more eyesight..that kind of thing, please post

jerinm i hvent heard abt anyone gainin eyesight but i hve gone to a clinic where they help u to maintain ur eyesight.. They hve a set of exercises and i guess in some cases they could get rid of the specs!!! But you hve to do the exercises regularly

The One I have is that one with the clouds and the green grass. Just that one that comes with windows. I havn't really changed it to anything else. So that is the only one I have for now. I might change it later on in the future...

Could you eat the same thing every day for two weeks?

Wondering if anyone else has ever done this. When I do my grocery shopping I usually shop for two weeks and ocassionally will eat the same things for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of that two weeks. I asked some friends...

jerinm Am someone who has rice for lunch and dinner everyday since i can remember with an exception once or twice in a month...Frankly, i hve made a decision tht wen i get my own hme, i would nvr hve rice ...I cant stand it any longer!!!!

jerinm I dont think that anyone can predict anyones future..cos each decision we take changes the course of our life..Some people are there who can predict to a certain extent but no one can be correct 100%.

What time do you get up?

Do you get up early or late in the morning? Do get up the same time on the weekends? I get up early usually between 3am and 4am. I have slept late if I wake up at 6am. I do it on the weekends too. What about you?
