What I know is, my written English is better or way better than my spoken English haha. In the Philippines, the students are trained to speak and write in English very well, I'm still on training haha.

Have you heared about cross ventilation? It may not be as cool as air condition, but it maximizes the use of the natural ventilation, and yes you are very right about your examples hehe, but residentials would be very nice even without the air condition.

I think it is really advisable to live in a condominium within a city, the pollution is just way out of hand, one should invest a home or hous in the province instead.
