actually it depends on the person. If she used to putting make-up when she go out, then it's fine, because it can enhance the beauty of one person. But as for me, i just put make-up whenever there are occasions. I'm not really use of putting blush-on and any other things they apply. a lipstick or just a lipshiner will do for me and a cologne, just to feel fresh and beautiful.
