katherinerose It is important that you are able to be as calm and focused as possible for your test. I think a different instructor would be better for you. It couldn't hurt to request another instructor. They should have a couple different ones.

katherinerose @shavkat yes being outside is great way for them to play and release energy that they have. I know a lot of kids have a great deal of energy and it’s recommended to get at least an hour a day of exercise.

katherinerose @shavkat yes going outside gives them time to get fresh air, and allows them to use their imagination. Especially when the weather is nice it gives them a great opportunity to play outside and to have fun.
