I've always liked cooking and tried-and-true family recipes are the very best! I have some that were passed down through the family but some of them weren't written down, so they're lost now.[em]sad[/em]Hmmm, which is my signature recipe? That would have to be my mom's meatloaf and also her stuffing. I suppose she got them from my grandma but I'm not sure where they originated.

Oh, I absolutely wrap my own presents and I've always done it that way. I'm even in the middle of wrapping my Christmas presents already.[em]lol[/em] Having someone else do it would take the fun away from me. Happy birthday to your son tomorrow! I was in a flood area many years ago... but those flooded areas were caused by a tornado. I've been close to a number of tornados. The closest was just a couple of miles away but there were about a dozen of them within 10 miles over the last few years.[em]shocked[/em]Come to think of it, I saw a funnel cloud in Florida, too, so that's definitely the natural disaster that I've had most expe...

Thomas Kinkade is absolutely my favorite painter. I just bought a 2010 calendar with 12 of his paintings so that will be fun to see new pictures every month. I have a journal with a painting of his on it and a few other things, too... the pictures he paints make me feel nostalgic. Jelly?! Uh... not sure what that has to do with Kinkade, but I guess peach.
