That sound sensible, although I have never spent anything at Haloween anyway! When my daughter was little, I used to make costumes out of things that we has around the house, and for parties I used to cut out witches,cats and bats etc. from black paper and card. I made witches wigs using old tights and strands of wool. Half the fun is in the making things.

I drink a glass of white wine about twice a week with dinner. I used to drink when I was young, but that was because I went out a lot. As I got older, I found that I had more fun when I didn't drink. I think it is a shame that many people think that they have to drink alcohol in order to enjoy themselves, which is simply not true!

I do both. If I think of an idea for a design, I quite often do a quick sketch on paper, but I do use the computer mostly. I have Coreldraw, which I've been using for years now, and find that brilliant, it is so much quicker than drawing on paper, plus you can try lots of different ideas out very easily.

I really don't like seeing Christmas stuff in the shops in September. To me, it takes all the excitement out of Christmas and turns it into something all about money. When I was little, Christmas things weren't in the shops until about late November!

It is incredibly dangerous. It is illegal to use a phone whilst driving in the UK now, except if you have a hands-free set up.

I think that your English is pretty good, but if you don't feel like starting a discussion, then you certainly don't have to! When I started here, I had no trouble thinking of things to talk about, but now I don't often think of a good discussion to start. I just restrict myself to responding most of the time.

There really is no doubt about climate change now. The scientific evidence is overwhelming. I am amazed that you find it difficult to believe, especially when there are reports daily of extreme weather conditions from every part of the world.

I use liquid soaps for washbasins because they are so much more hygenic for hand washing - if you have a bar of soap many people with dirty hands will touch it. Also, you don't have to wash out a soapdish or get old soap off that is stuck to the sink. For a bath I use a bar of soap because it is only me that uses it.

I have looked at DeviantArt, the things on there look really good. I couldn't find much info on how to join, and I'm not sure if my photos are good enough - I will have another look though.
