That's an odd way to recite a phone #. In the U.S. we have a pattern that most of us use and our ears are trained to hear this pattern. When people use a different pattern it really throws our hearing off and messes us up big time. I have had people do that to me too and when they do I'm like........Huh? Can you repeat that please?
