Is the weather ever too miserable to go out in? No it hasnt, but i know here in the UK it is actually illegal for someone to purpoesfully splash you in their car however proving it was done on purpose and not by accident is rather difficult! I think people should be more careful when driving in the rain and also if im with my girls i walk them away from the road much safer and they are also less likely to get splashed!
