khian545 i already did what you have said to your response,, i did the trial and error method,, and even tweaked the registry for enabling write protect and disabling it,, i've also come up with using the administrative tools in xp's disk management but none of it...

khian545 yeah,, that's true,, it was also my idea to return it to the vendor of the product... but since that the receipt was lost,, warranty also will be lost,, actually the product was not mine... its from my friend... i'm a computer technician and this is my first...
