Don't scared off,if you have consumed a lot of vitamin c try to avoid it from right now.One suggestion I can give you that if you have any deficiency of vitamin c in your body then you can take orange,chilly etc. where there is a huge amount of vitamin c presence which will help you to fulfill your deficiency of vitamin c. Continuation for a long day of any kind of tablet may cause huge side effect.But as you say that you are senior citizen and suffering osteoporosis so you need to take calcium tablets but simultaneously try to eat such vegetables or food where maximum amount of calcium present. THANK YOU.
