can't we write ac program without main()

Can't we write a c program with out using main() function.If no how can we write with out using main().

why we put capital letter for class name of java in a java program

Java file has its class name starting with capital letter.though we write small letter for a program but it is not advicable.
why we put like that.
take an example like
public class Myjavafile...
