According to me, it's not a matter of right or wrong. It's the mental power. The basis of every mediation in enhancing the mental power. I have been having a ALS which is incurable till date. I was feeling very much depressed and have tried everything that I can to get some relief from it. But, nothing was worth it. So, I turn to mediation and yoga at once. yes, I agree with you. It's the breathing that makes the difference. I'm not a buddhist nor do I know much deep about this, but, I have experienced the difference after practising it. I has brought so much of peace in me. I am trying to learn more on it.
