quite a few hosting services include a free domain name, otherwise, I would get a cheap one from GoDaddy... usually there are '.info' domains going cheap. I usually get all my domains from GoDaddy, and they can also sell your domains for you too. Sometimes you get a free hosting package included with a domain too...

I believe that the acid temporarily erodes the protective layer that saliva naturally provides. I think the theory goes that if you brush before the protective layer has returned, you can damage the teeth. It may be only an urban myth, but it is a common one - maybe worth looking into a bit more....

I have had this sort of thing loads of times - especially at work where my email address is not connected to eBay (that kind of gives the game away..) Like Lamby says earlier in the discussion - NEVER click a link in an email that claims to be from your bank, paypal or email service etc.. unless they use your name... If the first line says 'Dear Member', or 'Dear Customer' etc.. yhou can safe...
