I couldnt control nap when i feel like sleeping i will go to sleep but i wont get sleep at night.Last night i did sleep at all & i am controlling myself from taking nap now.but i am feeling exausted i dont know till how much time i can control now.I always have problem sleeping at night.

Yes i have neck & shoulder pain before i used get from car driving,now i am getting it from laptop.sometimes it gets worse,if i take rest i will get back to normal.

Thanks alot.I always tried to avoid thinking.From my high school days i used to be awake till 3am for studies.May be it has become routin.That time i had work to do so i didnt worried abt it but now...
