i cant add debit card to paypal

i am from india and i have hdfc debit card but somehow i cant add it to apypal. i dont know why. does any of you has the same problem?

mahtab99 Hi venkataraman_vc, Did you tried to verify your paypal account with netsafe? Did it worked? I want to thank you for informing us about netsafe virtual card.
