This problem mainly occurs due to heat,first thing is that you need to make sure that the system fan and the Cpu fan in working smoothly,many a times due to excessive dust blocking the air flow could be the reason behind the system restarting by itself,which is also a clear indication that the Processor is over heated,so by removing the dust the problem should be solved......

In my case it has taken 24 hours to get my PAN card verified,but it can also range from 2-3 days because some of my friends had to wait for more than two days to get their Pan card verified,so don't worry it might take little longer then expected,hope your card gets verified soon......
