Is $0.25 pay per review in ciao is gone?

I received a newsletter fro ciao, with this line "although the $0.25 per review incentive is gone......" Please enlighten my mind about this. I opened all newsletters, yet it did not mention about...

ciao pays lesser now. Is there another site like it aside from dooyoo?
