Method: juice the pumpkins in a mixie or juicer. pour the pumpkin juice,pineapple juice and apple juice into a blender and blend thoroughly. add honey (start with one spoon and add more if you find it is not sweet enough) add the spices in right proportion.(this will require some trial and error) chill the juice or serve with ice cubes.. thanks myloting..
