I don't think it should be acceptable anywhere. I've never seen it happen at a hospital, but I have seen it in a restaurant. The employees were notified about the condition of their washroom by several people, and they all said it wasn't their job to clean it. It got left with an overflowing toilet and one heck of a mess besides that. I've never been back to that restaurant.

I saw that on the news a few days ago too and was absolutely disgusted. I am glad I don't take my dog to the dog parks, I would be pretty devastated if something happened to my dog because someone thinks its entertaining to harm innocent animals. By the way Hello fellow Bramptonian!

One of my uncles was actually approached by security and told that he was not allowed to take pictures at a park at all because of the chance of getting other children besides his own in the picture. I'm all for caution but I do think this is taking things a little too far when you can't take pictures of your own children!

Normally this restaurants restrooms are kept pretty neat, it was just a case of lazy employees at that time. It still turned me off of the restaurant out of fear of having the same lazy employees. If they are lazy about that what else are they lazy about
