Well I have been cracking my fingers since I was in grade school and it has become a horrible habit. I tried to stop but if I dnt do it it feels like my hand is cramping up and I need to do it. I do get hand cramps often and the worst part is I'm 16 years old with this problem.:(

I excercise 0 times a day 0 times a week n 0 times a month.. I'm actually skinny n I wish I wasn't lazy but I jus knt help it.. I think I need some motivation lol

I speak English an Spanish both very well I have to say of is very useful to know two languages because wen you go to apply for a job it just looks better on ur resume and it will give u higher chances of getting the job because you can communicate with more people

That was an amazing response and I completey agree with you.. If you look at the parents they are usually fat they are probably doing that to their daughters so that they an have the joy that they have always wanted.. I think it's wrong to force ur child to be involved in something they don't want to be involved in
