I boil mine up whole, empty almost all the water, I put seasonings on it with a bit of mayo. Some people crush the ramen before they cook it. How do you prepare yours?

I like eating and drinking soy products. I am not a vegetarian, but I have more energy. I also eat turkey and chicken. I feel better eating soy, then poultry.

It takes a great deal of time and effort to break old habits. Some people aren't disciplined enough. I guess. I drank 8 oz. cup of soy milk with 1 tbs. nestle quik cocoa powder and a 1/4 of a banana for breakfast. It filled me up for a couple of hours. For less than 140 calories.

I saw the Christmas response post. How about Halloween ones. Pumpkins, ghosts, or haunted houses. Thanksgiving is near also. Ohhh!! Since Christmas is close, do some research on Jewish holidays. Chinese New Year. Maybe other religious themes. Angels and Virgin Mary really sell.

I just found an excellent site www.getpaidto.com . They accept people from UK. Among others, if you check the FAQ. It is same concept as cashcrate, but better. I am still trying to figure this site out. They pay by check, paypal, or prepaid visa cards. The minimum is $0.50 for paypal, $5.00 for check (which I already have made,in about 2 hrs. but I am saving points up for a $100.00 visa card. ...
