The main advantage is that TFT consumes much lesser electricity than the latter and the space required for CRT is also huge. TFT are good in terms of portability too.

It also depends on your response to a discussion. They also pay you for uploading pictures. They have not specified how much you earn for a particular activity but you earn for everything that you do here.
