mrunmayi Aloo paranthas are usually heavy and spicy....they are best served with home made curd(preferrably thick and fresh). If your husband does not like curd you can make a chutney(by grinding coconut,corriander,chillies,garlic,some salt,sugar and squeeze of lemon...
