I always have breafast unless it is a very rare ocassion and I wake up feeling ill. Then I might wit awhile before I have breakfast. I eat 5 or 6 small meals a day so I keep protein going into my body.

When you get a job at a company your are given a list of rules. If you have a computer it should be used only for work not checking personal email or MSN. If every employee spent one hour a week goofing off and the company had 30 employees at $10 an hour look at all the money they would use. I do probably out of habit. Even if I am just having to move my car I fasten my seat belt. I hate that loud clanging dinging sound my car makes when the seat belt is not used.

I do not eat alot of rice so I choose not to have a special cooker, I just use a small sauce pan or a medium sauce pan. I would rather have pasta than rice unless I have some curry for my rice.

Health insurance helps lower the cost of the treatments that we get and the treatments are health care. For instance if you had no helath insurance and you went to a doctor the cost might be $100 but if you had health insurance that you paid for and you go to the doctor then your health care might just cosr $25 and your insurance pays the remainder.

The white meat of the turkey is my favorite. Then my second choice is the pumpkin pie. I can do without the potatoes and vegetables and just fill up on turkey and then add a piece of pie.

Sometimes I feel like giving up on other people. Especially the ones someday we will have to that say, meet for lunch and then they never make themselves available. Life is too short to wait on people.
