Notify button..Shoud it say "off" or "on" ?

Should the notify buttons say: "notify on" or "notify off" to receive notifications of your friends I am confused..please help

Flu Remedies???

My stubborn hubby to be has the flu but is determined to go to work. Anyone know some remedies besides cold and flu tablets to try and help him, or at least protect him from getting worse?
