Does it matter when you go to sleep?

I have lost my habit of going to bed at 10:30 p.m. and getting up at 6:30 a.m. Now I just fall asleep and don't actually have any fixed time to do so. Does it matter? I think I will age faster. What are your thoughts on this?

netbuster You seem to want just six hours of sleep. I am used to sleeping for eight hours daily. If I do not do this, I am lethargic throughout the day.

netbuster It is really nice of you to accept something like this. I feel that any education after the basic high school should be directed towards what one is good at. If I were good at say sports then I pursue advanced studies in that and make a living out of it.

netbuster I think it always starts with beer. Why should one want to drink a 12-pack if not to get intoxicated. Maybe he just needs some other distraction before he promotes himself to the stronger stuff.

netbuster Anything which can bring in virus has to be bad. Most share sites have no control over material virus being transmitted over the net. Making friends would be much easier over at MSN and Yahoo groups and such.

netbuster I don't get nightmares, but I don't sleep early either. I tend to think a lot about things and sleep quite late. The best way I guess is to go to sleep tired. Exercising daily sure helps. That way we wont have to worry about nightmares.
