well both are the most intresting series d world might hav encountered in recent past...!!but its even more intresting that many came to no abt it very recently thru d movies on them.......harry potter got the magical experience...

lauraaxe I prefer Lord of the rings than Harry Potter because I like more the story and I red Tolkien's book. I think that Harry Potter is more simple to watch especially for children and it is better for younger because it isn't so dark as the Lord of the rings....
