It sounds to me that you have tried "everything". But have you stuck to it? Weight lifting IS a really good way to gain some extra good pounds. But to keep it simple, to gain weight one must eat more than one spends on energy, right?
As I read your post, what you have ate is fast carbs which goes through your body... fast. It is like you ate 2 pounds... |

There is actually software for that, managing a mailing list. Like Majordomo, phplist, GNU Mailman etc.
What I mean with fooling yourself is that, how long will you keep those subscribers if you only provide referral links in an advertisement format? You of course need to provide some valuable content if you want subscribers to read more than one e-mail per reader. |

They are an affiliate to different advertisers. When an affiliate transfers a customer (you) to the advertiser, and the customer signs up/buys/complete offer/whatever the affiliate makes some money, which can anything from $0.05 to over $100. What CashCrate does is give a little money back to you as a "Thank you!" for making them some money, this will keep you happily on their site and generate... |
