nishkasmom im really sorry to hear that,,, i really have no idea but probabaly you can try to spend more time with your friends and family. also, you can try going out more often and doing things you really enjoy... i now it's hard but take it easy...

a lot of us are on relationships and sometimes, you cant help it if your bf's ex still communicates with him. how do u react when this happens to you? personally, this has happened to me and what i did was pretend to be my bf's...
