Is it ok to take vitamins before going to sleep?

Will it still be effective? I'm just thinking about taking it at night before going to sleep. Taking my vitamins usually upsets my stomach and it would be bothersome if i have to go out like work.

onetogether Vitamins shouldn't make your stomach upset, however each of us are different. Now, I am no Dr. however I would consider taking them anytime "AFTER" a meal. I have had a few occasions whereby I would take particular vitamins on a very empty stomach...
