Even I keep letters and cards from my childhood friends. I have my one or two school note books with me even now. I can not throw these precious things away.

I easily get angry and become sad for minute things and become more emotional. I think during that time I will be concerned about things which will not bother me other times. I think hormonal changes may cause such symptoms.

You can put sliced cucumber over the eyes/ dark area around the eyes and take rest for 20 minutes. Use potato slices in the same manner. This will certainly reduce dark circles under eyes. Take plenty of rest and drink more water.

Instead I would prefer to take some preventive medicine against H1N1. If the vaccine cause more health hazards, then it will be OK for me not to take it.
