What type of shortening or oil do you use in cooking?

We use coconut oil in cooking. Some studies said that it has some minerals related to lactic acid that promotes health. Byproducts of coconut are very popular nowadays.

pinoyXP I eat chinese food every chance I get. I will never grow tired of it. There is a dish for everyone since chinese food is so varied, tasty (yummy), colorful...I have to go get some chinese food, I'm thinking, sweet and sour pork and yang chow fried rice. :)
