What alternative software dou you use aside from itunes? (itunes alternative)

Hello! I used Floola before but it busted my ipod.. so i have no choice but to use itunes again.. what any other itunes alternatives can you suggest?

pmtajon limewire is just a software used in downloading music and videos but can not be used in syncing ipod..
