Experienced Marketers: What are your experiences with AdBlasters or BlogBlasters

I have recently had access to some free adblasters and blogblasters and wondered if they were effective or not. If you've had any experience with either of these, please let me know if you were happy with the results or not. Is there anything I should know before using them? I'm hoping to draw upon your experience so I'll know what to be prepared for, and appreciate any insight you can share with me. Thanks in advance!
