who's closer to you, your mom or your dad?

I can easily tell my mother all my sentiments in life rather than to my father. But i was the pet of my father when i was a child...i don't know if until now...better asked him first (lol).I felt that we can relate things easier and i felt comfortable in telling things to my mother not that i don't like my father but this just this girl instinct that women can understand.:D

i'm a whole lot closer to my mom.. one reason would be the fact that we're both girls and there are a lot of things we have in common, specially the traits and the attitude. but i still have that special bond with my dad, it's just that he works on a different country and would just spend time with us in barely two months a year for the passed 15 years already. our bond sort or improved when i started college because i went to the same college he went to, even if we took different courses, it sort of good to know i have more things to be in common with my dad, and there are a lot of things that both of us would only get. hehehe! but still, over all, i'm closer to my mom!

I am closer to my father. I can talk to him almost everything under sun without fear of being reprimanded. I trust his judgment and experiences gained over time and he values the time that we spend together talking or sharing ideas.
