I am quite amazed by how active some mylot users are. WOW! Simply great and inspiring!
I was browsing early on. Currently (as of writing) there's 87,442 users in mylot. I joined 5 weeks ago which is about 10 thousand users ago.
I'm doing some stat and based on the number of posts, i found that:
2 users have more than 15,000 posts
7 users have 10,000 - 14,999 posts
38 users have 5,000 - 9,999 posts
1002 users have 1,000 - 4,999 posts
where do they get the time and energy? -lol-
so that means 86,440 users have less than 1000 posts. and i belong to this crowd coz i have just around 411 posts.
i simply had to see where i am in terms of the number of posts. as of writing i'm at 3045th. and i realized that i may not be on the top 1000 rank and it will probably take quite some time to reach that, but i do have a place in mylot crowd. :)
goodluck to us all here. i hope everyone's enjoying mylot whether it's to earn extra money, make friends, join discussions, practice and learn english or whatever reasons we may have for joining mylot. :) a great day everyone!

I still in the group of less than 500 posts. I am quite ashame to admit that 10 post a day was my target, and i am well behind it. Looking at the statistic that you share, it give me boast of confident. Hit upto 15000 post by June is my target, wahaha.

that's an amazing statistics!! thanx mylesnarvaez.
i fall in the last group. when i started off, i used think that same way, it was a complete awe for the seniors in here. but gradually, i got engripped and before realising i started loving this place. i have made quite a few good friends and sarted to share my personal stuff with them. Time is a factor but the inclination and the initiation was never lacking and one day i saw myself crossed that 1000 mark. it felt great, it feels good in here.
good luck friend and just enjoy being here. post just for the fun of it and nothing else. i hope to see you right on the top.

congratulations! you certainly belong to the top 1% of the mylot population. the rest of the crowd, 99% of the mylot community are still on their way to reach 1000 posts. :)
i will work on my 500 posts, and then aim to enjoy more and reach that 1000 mark. afterwhich... just enjoy mylot more. -lol- :)

maybe because they are old members here and they posts everyday with maybe 6hrs a day..but for me, it doesn't matter if i have only 800 posts, because i make fun here, that i do have lots of friends, that i already got my first payment..it's just i'm happy for them that they already reached 15,000posts..wow!!great!! they maybe had their 100 payouts..lol

maybe not quite 100 pay-outs coz that would mean 100 months of membership. :)
i heard from another mylot user that one of our highest poster is about 6 months old in mylot. :)
yeah, just continue to have fun in mylot. time seems to be moving quite fast when we are enjoying. :)

15000 posts?! So many! oh! Are they always in the mylot and make posts all the day? How can they insist? Admire them! But how about their jobs?

I only have 120 posts! So little!

just choose interesting topics or topics you know, and then respond to those discussions. you can start with easy ones. or make friends and try to reply to their discussions. :) goodluck!

It is amazing how many posts some of the users have posted here but it does not necessarily mean they are posting quality comments or topics. Some of us have been here for a while as I have been on here since October and usually am online at least an hour or two each day due to my full time job and other activities outside of my home. My weekends are my busy times here on myLot. I am sure you will be up there the more you are online and posting. I enjoy being online here and communicating with so many people and sharing our thoughts and ideas and advice.

It's been a week since this discussion had been posted and 500 members have joined. That's great! I'm closing to reaching 300 posts and yet there are some users who have already made over 10,000? I guess this site has been out longer than I thought. Where do they get the time to post this much? I thought I was going to reach a lot of posts soon, but over 10,000 is just crazy!! I'm here to enjoy Mylot and of course earn the money too. I also need this to practice on my reading and writing.

this site is about a year old in may, as i heard from another user. those who have so many posts must have been here for several months already. they must be regularly reaching pay-out and enjoying mylot, otherwise they could have left a long time ago. :)

Those are huge numbers,lol.I don't spend so much time or post so much on mylot.I have a friend on my list who has crossed 11,000 posts I think.While I think it's good to have many posts ,but I am happy with what little I manage,lol.I'd rather climb steadily and enjoy my time here.If the fun goes out of my posts I know that I wouldn't like to visit the site,lol.

For me the time here passes so quickly that posting is not at all a chore. I squeeze in posts between work and chores and other things and before I know it I'm up to over 1,200 since I joined almost four weeks ago. I enjoy it so much and I have to admit it is quite addicting, plus I will have a nice payout come the middle of May.

wow.. i'm very amazed with the result... are you sure they're really posting? i think it has been sometime for them here.. if not.. they won't be able to achieve that much.. i joined last week.. and i only manage to get 300+ post now.. erm.. not to say many.. but not to say little.. of course.. i can't post 24 hours 7 days a week.. i do need some rest.. and worse still, i have to attend my college lessons.. great to see 2 strong members here.. it will definitely inspire others to work that hard too.. yep.. i learn alot of english here.. and of course.. it does improve my grammar a little :) .. looking forward to reach my first 1000 post :)

What an interesting topic! I had never known those statistics before but that is very enlightening. I will have to check that out and see who those two users are that have more than 15,000 posts. That is wild!

WOW! i wonder how much do they spend in front of the computer? well, i admire how they continuously post stuff without being brain drain? i'm just new here, signed up yesterday and i only made up 20 posts considering that i have been awake all night reading some interesting stuffs in here and trying to contribute at least a fraction of my thoughts.
i hope i can get to share so many things as well. if only i'm articulate enough. but at elast, im trying. :)

15,000?! Wow that's almost...inhumanly possible :-) I wonder what that guy/gal has been doing to reach that number? Easy, I guess he/she kept on posting :-) Thanks for the info, I'll be happy if I reach 1/3 of that number in my lifetime here at mylot :-)

Well, just look at it at a different way, do not look at the number of the posts that people reached here in mylot, just do what you can and enjoy every moment of it. I know that i have two hours a day that i can dedicate to mylot, and in this two hours, i choose the posts that i can response to with quality response and that do interest me, sometimes it can be only ten posts and some other days it is fifty posts, and yes usually in two hours time, the rest of the day, my computer is on, and i try to response other people's responses to my posts, i also have an online connection at the college, so when ever there is a break i try answering a few responses. But that is it. I know a few people here that have a low count of posts, but there posts are so good and they are so serious, that i find myself waiting to see what their next post will be all about. Of course they have a 9 or a 10 star, because everybody that has been here a long time and do care about good discussions are rating them the best rate that they can. so keep on the good posting:)

Hello,mylot is simpley the best forums on the internet, just see how many members are so active in participating in the discussions,although I would say there are many inactive members, but the ones who do really post have been contributing to mylot pretty much.
You will reach 500 posts quickly and by that time you will be a full member in mylot and you can add image to your reply and improve your earning.

I am very much amazed, too! But even though how much I've tried, I can't seem to post as much as they can. Maybe because I don't have much to say and have so much things to do with my moneymaking thing plus my freelance writing. But like you, I am proud that I belong to this place.

yeah, i sometimes have only 3 posts a day, and none on the weekends. the only time i tried what it was like to have 50 posts, i tell you it's a brain drain for me. -lol-
i only did that to beat the last day of march to earn enough for the pay-out. well it did pay off. :) but i can't do it again. i'm already happy if i could do 10 posts a day. :)

I am nearing 1000 I wonder where that would put me :) I have to say I've never really checked the stats before. Now thanks to you I will have one more thing to do at Mylot !!! I am amazed at people that have been here the same time as myself and have over 2000 as well. Here I am thinking I am contributing and they out do me by at least 50% !!!
