They said that to be called handsome and a real man,males should passed circumcision.We brought my 8 year old son yesterday to his surgeon to have this procedure.As a mother i really experience how its hard to get his feelings to be calm.
When the anesthesiologist inject the anesthesia my son shout then he pull his wrist thats why the doctor have to inject him twice.
Im really worrid about what my son felt that time because before the procedure began he beg to me and say,mama can we do it on the next summer?im really afraid,but still i try to get his feelings to be calm.
But im thankful that it as done successfully,my son now is fine and we welcome him into the another stage of his growth.My baby before soon will be a handsome and real man.

I don't agree with what you did, but I guess that is your choice.
My son is circumcised, but we had him circumcised when he was an infant.
It's always better to have it done at birth, not as an 8 year old.
But I guess they do it different from where your from?

I am a circumcised guy and I think I know the pain that your son had felt (though I never really shouted when I was set to get circumcised). I however disagree that circumcision corresponds directly to real manhood or what.. Circumcision in the Philippines is just part of the culture and it is in no way connected to being handsome - it's just something that every man should get through at some point.
Don't be afraid because he'll be more fine in less than 2 weeks. Hope he gets fine really quick - emotionally.
