Anyone Dieting?

Do you diet by watching what you eat or do you do a specific type of diet? I am currently trying to lose a few pounds and I am trying to watch my portions and the type of food I eat, and also drinking alot of water.

a couple of years ago I lost 100 lbs on the Atkins diet it wasnt that hard because you dont have to go hungry although id hardly call it a ballanced diet it does work !

well, drinking a lot of water can help because that can aid digestion which can also help in you have a faster metabolism. eat healthy foods. avoid those which contains a lot of fats. then dont skip meal, it's not true that skipping meals can make you slimmer it will only make you crave for more food and end up eating a lot more than you regular meal, thus expandinng or stretching your stomach. dont forget your excercise that is really helpful. long walks can help you burn your calories too. so try walking when instead of driving when your destinantion is not really that far.
