With the desire to stay slim or slender, many instead of doing intensive exercise some ladies rather want to eat very little as possible so that they can remain slim or slender and be more attractive. Last month, i read the news of the death of An Australian model who starved herself to death thus making the toll to five in three months of the same incidence. Many ladies i came across who want to reduce their weight have often eaten very little or going hungry and when i suggested doing exercise to reduce thier weight and at the same time stay strong and healthy, they say it's hard to exercise and no time. Some end up with stomach ulcer and other stomach related sickness. I want to know, is starving part of weight loss remmedy? what are the ways one can loss weight without doing exercise?

According to experts, sudden weight loss is not good for the body. It may make a person more bigger if he stops dieting. Limiting one's food intake coupled with the right exercise can make a person slim though it'll take sometime.
