who is your favourite character?

considering that there are many characters in the movie and the movie tends to turn out to be fully rounded due to the combined efforts of their individual perfomances.....,who is your favourite character....which character is such without which the movie 'pirates of carribean' would not exist at all....also, which one character is such whose individual perfomance you would like to record and watch again and again......in short.,who makes you want to watch the movie again and again.....

johnny depp... he put's on a excellent performance which adds humour to t movie....

I can't pick just one. The movie really needs both Jack and Will to work. They play off one another and compliment each other perfectly. I like both of them and I like to watch them both with it. The way they both behave always brings a smile to my face. In so many ways they are opposite but they have a few similarities which is why they do get along. Will can be so serious at times while Jack is anything but for the most part. They make the movie and you want to watch it again and again because of them.

It has to be Jack. Without him there is no storyline really. Witty Jack and his wonder one liners, his mannerisms and his way with words. He's certainly not the fool some take him for and I have to say that Johnny Depp is absolutely perfect for the role.
