An abortion is the removal or expulsion of an embryo or fetus from the uterus, resulting in or caused by its death. This can occur spontaneously as a miscarriage, or be artificially induced by chemical, surgical or other means. Commonly, "abortion" refers to an induced procedure at any point during human pregnancy; medically, it is defined as miscarriage or induced termination before twenty weeks' gestation, which is considered nonviable. Throughout history, abortion has been induced by various methods. The moral and legal aspects of abortion are subject to intense debate in many parts of the world.

Abortion kills an innocent baby that deserves to live. The lady that has an abortion will probably regret it in the years to follow. It might give her depression later in her life. No matter how much she wishes she can't turn the clock back. In my home country sadly it says abortion is legal up to 24 weeks pregnancy. If the baby is severely disabled or the mother's life is in danger the baby can be aborted in in late stage of pregnancy. I know this because I was offered an abortion at 36 weeks pregnancy and I said no way. If a lady is up to 9 weeks she can take pills that make her bleed. Her baby's life will end in a medical abortion. After that stage a lady could have a surgical abortion. In later the lady goes into pregnancy the more complicated and horrific the abortion will be. I am pro-life and I wouldn't ever have abortion. I feel sorry for ladies that have a miscarriage.
