what is the base line of blessedness ?

I heard a story : A man, when he is healthy but without lots of money, he think how happy if I have lots of money ; When he is sick ,he think how happy I am when I am healthy; When he can't walk, he think how happy I am at that time I am sick; When he could not sit, he think how happy when I can sit . So at this time, he know we have lots of blessedness in our life, it is simple and easy to get ,but we disregard them . Now think about for a while, what is the base line of blessedness of you ?
