What is the purpose of using internet?

The purpose of using Internet is as many as you want. Collection of information, visiting diffrent sites, finding ways of earning money, searching for jobs, making frinds etc etc. I personally search for information, post my resume or apply for job in the internet, search for good courses etc. Now I also regularly pass time in myLot. Even a person can get his life partner by the matrimonial sie. So it is the useful for anything one likes to do.

The purpose using internet is i play online games,gives online test ,earn money,checks e-mail,do online shopping.

hey i juss used this for chattin and at times wen i have to do some project works... cann say its a total fun...

internet have many uses..like you say..entertainment, research, recreation, and etc..for me i also use internet for my online saving account..watching movies..download songs and musics..off course for my study reaseach..ETC

To my opinion, internate facilitate our life. Through internet, there is many benefit we gain from internet. For example, e-learning, we engage on long distance learning through the virtual class room. In finacial system such as e-banking also make it easy for us for paying credit or other bill. It's great to have such facilities in our country. :-)) I love internet...

hmm for the students ,,i think they're using internet to get information ,.doing assignments ..or any school activities ..for some people .,they're using internet to entertain themselves .,

i use for educational, learn something new, read up to date news, and of course communicate with other people

is it a any kind of joke. buddy we all know internet is not only for fun but also for bread and butter

i enjoy computer... best help for my business, without thsi i think i cannot explore the world! hahahahaha

Wow...so many things you could say about the intarnets ;) I'll start with the traditional view: The internet is a place where everyone in the world is connected to. You can send communications, videos, files, half-way across the world along with host, post, and most of all surf! (sorry for no rhyme :P). You can search recipes, look up movies, and everything in between. The internet provides unlimited oppurtunites in every field and subject, and will continue to amaze generation upon generation :)
