what is the best race in the world?

We see some people as not good though they have no criminal record, thu racism, descrination, and the likes.
Could you share your ideas with me if people can determine?
1) who should be their parents?
2)which race they should be born to?
3)how his parents should bring him/her up?
4)when she/he should be born?
5)how should look like?
i think if you see someone or race and you hate, don't you feel you could have been that person?

im not even going to try to answer this question..i am however going to give a statement about it lol.
just the fact that you are wanting to know what the best race in the world is...racist. it will just encourage others to stop and consider the stereotypical differences between us all. and that just adds a little bit more influence and width to the gaps that already divide the different races of the world.
ok, so i will give an answer...the human race.
