working holiday visa / myLot

I hold a working holiday visa...expires nxt August lyk i said bt restricts me working for the nxt 12mnths.I cant say i got a good jod, back home i used to be a clerk, i been working as a shop assistant.I went to college back home but dont hold a degree, just a certificate.Thats the reason i dont like the idea of going on student visa coz its a waste of time, the course im interested in costs upto £12 000 per year.I dont have what it takes to support n all but my girl will step on anything to see me stay n be with her coz we happy 2getha n dont wanna part. How does the residency option work? Tell me more about it. My attorneys say we stand a chance going home to marry coz i can prove my marriage is legitimate, as i hold all the required documentation. Ideas please!
