Dollar Randomizer, is it a legit site?

Has anyone ever signed up for the site Dollar Randomizer? Do they actually do the advertising for you and get you 25 direct referrals and 625 indirect referrals? I think it looks like an interesting program but since it costs money to join, I'd like to know what other people's experiences with that site are beforehand.

Kythe, look at the responses that I got when I brought up a question about Dollar Randomizer and Dollar Blaster. It will blow your mind. I'm trying to get the scoop on it myself. I was very interested in it and am waiting of feedback from paypal before I go forth with it.
