I had worked in Dubai and now in my home town. Now am not interested to go abroad for work. There are too many people in my place who works in Middle east, London and US. Most of the people in India would like to work in abroad especially in US and UK. Where you would like to work?

Iam not interested to work in abroad.Even if i get a chance i will not go.But my elder brother who worked in saudi for almost 10 years is back home and he got married 3 months back.We family members want him to stay home and find some job here as he was saying he felt home sick before returning here. Now he is telling that he wants to go abroad and earn.He says the earning is quiet good when compared to India. But to my opinion there is always a feeling of home sick for people working in abroad with their families left in their own country.

I'd like to work in my home country. That's where family and friends are. Work is not just for money, if it were only for money, then I'd work in the US or UK. But work is also for satisfaction, for givng, for developing.. we can only do that by working in our home country (especially if our home country is a developing country)

Last 4 years after my separation, i studied caregiver because i really wanted to work abroad. My goal is to earn more and big to sustain my kids needs especially their father is not earning and he abandoned us. I apply to singapore, dubai, canada & USA. But unfortunately, fate didnt allow it to happen. Until i get frustrated and disappointed in everything and i get tired on waiting. Right now, i am working in an accounting firm and i have a good salary and i am physically and emotionally attached to my kids. And i guess, everything change too. That I dont like to work abroad anymore, i love to work hee, where my family is very near to me.

I'm currently working in abroad. My home country is Canada, where I was raised. I'm currently residing and working in Taiwan, teaching. This is my 8th year here. I was supposed to stay for 1 year. After 8 years, sometimes I still think I'm still on vacation, and the time goes by so fast. If I go back home, I'll probably have to start over, and I don't want that.

I'm from the Philippines and like people from India many Filipinos also work abroad, in search of "greener pastures". I once planned of going to Dubai to work too but my partner won't allow it, and I can't leave my mother who is sick. Now I realized that I don't have to go abroad to support myself and help my family. I think if our countries could only offer what developed countries can, most of us would really prefer to stay and be with families and friends.

well I am having a look at better job opportunities right now...I mean, I am in the last year of my PhD in neuroscience and now it is high time i find a good job..there is no good news to share at the moment..I sent lots of CV but I still got no response...I have just started looking for abroad vacancies...they need doctors in UK but it is a hard matter..I mean it is difficult to decide to move abroad..because here I have my own home, my friends, my relatives and I love my town and the weather here...so if i ever could choose, you'll bet I would say...I would like to work here in Rome..it is such a wonderful place where to live!!!!

I think there are differnet advantages when you are working at home or abroad, when you are at home. you will have your good friends and family with you, you will not feel alone ,but if you are working abroad, may be the salary is higher, you may miss your friends and family, but at the same time, your eyesight will be broaden as you are in a foreign country. If i have chance , I would like to work in a US.

I would like to work in my home country especially in my home town , even if abroad I could have a much bigger salary I still don't want to leave my town for working..just for studies at another university. I've got many friends and my family to support me here , and I can't stay far from them. I have some friends and relatives that work abroad and it's very hard for them without the moral support of there family they always regret that they left ..so they have been an example of what not to do.
